One of the last Mayan ruins to be inhabited, Iximche is located approximately one and a half hours from Lake Atitlan. Private transportation can be arranged which can take up to 12 passengers for $125.00 round trip. The entrance fee to the ruins is Q.50.00 (approximately $6.60).
